Deziup is a creative lifestyle brand offering physical products like T-shirts, mugs, and wall art. Some items include an integrated Augmented Reality (AR) animation, developed using Snap AR and accessed via Snapchat. The AR experience is a part of those products.

2. Product Integrity

All products are described as accurately as possible.
Colors may vary due to screen settings.
If a product includes AR, that experience is part of the design and value.
The AR effect functions similarly to a YouTube video and is hosted on Snapchat’s platform, which may occasionally change its hosting terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in BDT unless otherwise noted.
We accept secure local and international payment methods.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
Deziup is not liable for delays caused by logistics, customs, or holidays.
You will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or defective physical items.
Refunds or exchanges are not offered for loss of AR access due to Snapchat removing or disabling the AR lens.

6. Augmented Reality (AR) Experience

Some products include a unique AR animation, accessed by scanning a Snapcode using the Snapchat app.
These effects are created using Snap AR and hosted on Snap Inc.’s servers.
Snap Inc. retains full rights to disable, unpublish, or remove any lens at their discretion.
While most lenses remain available for years, Deziup is not liable for AR features becoming inaccessible in the future.

7. Intellectual Property
All product designs, graphics, text, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Deziup and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Use bots or automated tools to scrape the website
Attempt to access backend code or admin panels
Submit false or misleading orders

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be resolved in Bangladeshi courts.

10. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the new terms.
